An all steel roof rack made especially for the Toyota 100, 200, Prados 2003 onwards. Measures 1.9m long x 1.26m approx wide x 0.12m tall with steel mesh base welded to steel tubing. Complete with a tyre mount plate, alloy deflector, rack is zinc cad plated and then black powder coated.

Rack is manufactured to be supported in the six existing anchor points in the roof. At these positions there are existing bolts that need removing and the rack fits directly to these points. Carrying capacity of roof is 100-150kgs and the racks self weight approx 35kgs. If vehicle has existing factory rails then these rails are removed, the rack is installed and after use the rails can be re-installed.

Steel 20mm tubing is roll formed to produce free flowing corners making it strong and smart looking.
Manufactured with individual bolted legs, meaning the rack is less stressful on the vehicle rain gutters and anchor points. This then allows you to purchase newer model legs or amend the rack to fit your next 4wd. Racks have a self weight of approx 35kgs and typical 4wd have a safe carrying capacity of approx 120kgs.
